I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. We ship out impression kits within 24 hours of an order being placed. Once we receive your kit back, please allow up to 14 working days production time for your veneers to be designed, created and ready to send.
Tracking numbers will be updated the day your order has been sent. If you would like an update at any time please email us at info@pearlyveneers.com or track them using your tracking number on our website.
What happens if I do my impressions wrong?
We send clear step-by-step instructions with every order as well as a spare set of putty should you need it. You can also find a video for taking impressions here.
If your impressions are still not usable, however, we will send a spare kit, free of charge for you to redo them.
What if I purchase your veneers but when you receive my kit I am not suitable for them?
On rare occasions, our veneers aren't suitable for those with specific dental problems. If we are unable to provide you with veneers for whatever reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund you the full amount of your purchase.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
What if my veneers don't fit?
As long as you do your impressions correctly, your veneers should fit perfectly. However, if they don't, we will remake them free of charge until they do. This may require us to send you another impressions kit, which we'll also send to you, free of charge.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty as long as you have not used your impression kit. Please return the impression kit to us in the full state to receive the refund, minus shipping costs.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us as soon as you can via email at sales@pearlyveneers.com

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 2 working days for UK delivery. Outside of this varies.
